South Pole Traverse Modules - Designed, engineered, fabricated, and deployed six towable mobile shelter modules to support the South Pole Traverse crew during a 1,000-mile overland journey from McMurdo Station to Amundsen–Scott South Pole Station. Modules were engineered for extreme polar conditions and included insulated structural shells, integrated power distribution, environmental control systems, and reinforced sled bases compatible with traverse towing and field operations.
Marine Labs - Designed and fabricated modular, mobile laboratory systems to support ship based scientific experiments conducted by the U.S. Antarctic Program, staged and deployed from the base in Punta Arenas. Laboratories were engineered for marine environments and integrated power distribution, environmental controls, and secure mounting for shipboard instrumentation.
Dubey RSVP Interferometer Container - Converted a 20-foot ISO shipping container into a mobile, climate-controlled instrument enclosure, including structural modifications, thermal insulation, power distribution, grounding, and integration to support deployment and operation of the RSVP interferometer system.
Prosensing Radar Containers - Performed the conversion of 20-foot ISO shipping containers into a mobile, climate-controlled instrumentation enclosures, incorporating structural modifications, thermal insulation, electrical power distribution, grounding, and full integration to support deployment and operation of radar systems.
Manus Island, Papua New Guinea - Installed electrical system upgrades at the Momote airport site, engineered and installed the Lombrum Naval Base radar site, including power distribution and grounding for new instrument containers, tower foundation and base installation, site electrical infrastructure, and integration of a backup generator to support a U.S. Department of Energy cloud radar system.
Mosaic Campaign - Installed a mobile climate observatory on the research vessel Polarstern and collected data for one year while frozen into the polar ice pack.
AWARE Campaign - included the design, fabrication, and integration of a modular, shipping container based mobile laboratory at McMurdo Station. Scope of work encompassed container modification, power distribution, grounding, and electrical integration for scientific instrumentation, as well as on-site deployment, commissioning, decommissioning, and pack-out operations in extreme Antarctic conditions.
Generator Containers - Designed and integrated containerized generator systems to provide primary and backup electrical power for mobile deployments, including power distribution, grounding, and support for continuous field operations.
Colorado State University - Engineered and fabricated steel radar risers and executed full radar system installations, including site layout, reinforced concrete foundations, anchor systems, riser erection, radar mounting, and radome installation at sites in Crested Butte Colorado and La Porte Texas.
AMF2 General Purpose Container - Converted a 20-foot ISO shipping container into a mobile, general-purpose support container, including structural modifications, interior build-out, thermal insulation, electrical power distribution, grounding, and integration to support flexible field operations and equipment staging.
